Blended from Pinot Noir (55%) from Côte des Bar and Chardonnay (45%) coming from the Côte des Blancs. Only the first pressings from selected vineyards are used.
A beautiful apricot salmon pink, with an elegant, persistent mousse. Fresh aromas of red fruits on the nose, leading to lifted florals. A finessed, fruit-driven palate with notes of redcurrant, raspberry and apricot. A long, lingering finish tapers out beautifully.
