Red liquorice, cinnamon spice, black cherry characters along with it's signature dried oregano flavour complement the rustic Italianate tannins.

Inclusion of whole berries and cold soaked for four days prior to ferment builds fruit flavour complexity in this wine. Matured for just six months in seasoned oak to allow some softening of the grape tannin without significant oak influence.
