The Sidewood Signature 'Oberlin' Pinot Noir is very limited, with only 200 dozen produced.

The grapes were wild yeast fermented in small batches using 100% whole-bunch fruit. The wine was then matured in older French oak barrels. 85% of the parcel being blended into the Estate Pinot Noir. The remaining component, only 200 dozen, being released separately.

This rare single clone wine showcases aromas of red cherry, musk and five spice. The upfront fruit is then complimented by hints of savoury layers of dill, forest floor and rose petal. Complexity carries through to the palate balancing vibrant acidity. It has a long smooth finish of vanilla and pomegranate compote.
