This process means the whisky, when bottled, is 100% natural from the barrel.

Non-flocked, non-chill filtered, no preservatives, additives or artificial colours. Port Creek small batch release contains 100% of the natural oils and fats in the barrel. 

Our whiskies will appear naturally cloudy and hazy. This is perfectly normal, and we know it makes the whisky retain more flavour and creates a more exciting texture on the palate, providing a greater tasting experience.
